Massage Therapist

Open Positions:

Esthetician Minimum Qualifications: IL Esthetics License

Earnings Range: Hourly or Commission depending on experience + tips

Hours: 3 or 4 day work weeks available

Key Responsibilities: 

Guest Experience:

  • Full & complete consultation using the EWM Method

  • Execute EWM fundamentals

  • Client product recommendations communicated & noted in service notes

  • Sending out homecare instructions before leaving spa

  • Updating clients profiles with service notes during appointment

  • Pictures before & after each facial / peel service uploaded into company software

Facial & Wax Services

  • 60 Minute Facials

  • Chemical Peels

  • Face Waxing

  • Brow Tinting

  • Bikini / Brazilian Waxing

  • Leg Waxing

Continued Education

  • Attend all paid educational classes

  • A genuine desire to learn more year over year

Spa Cleanliness

Clean as you go

  • Rooms neat and clean before & after each guest

  • Immediately cleaning any wax that gets on floor / table / wax pot

  • Room reset for every guest, before taking a break, or leaving spa

  • Facial & wax supplies put away after use

  • Wash all used dishes before taking a break or leaving spa

  • Make sure laundry is constantly being rotated / folded / put away appropriately. 

Marketing

  • All team members are expected to have active social media profiles

  • Post at least 3 quality photos or videos weekly

  • Active 4 days per week on stories
