Shannon knows what it’s like to feel defeated by her skin.
As a teenager, she battled relentless breakouts. The deep, painful kind that drugstore products couldn’t touch. She hoped things would get better with time, but adulthood brought a different challenge: red, rashy, flaky skin that felt impossible to manage. After trying product after product with no success, she was left feeling discouraged and out of answers.
That frustration led to purpose.
In 2021, Shannon became a Licensed Esthetician with one mission: to help others finally feel confident in their skin. Instead of relying on trends or quick fixes, she focuses on understanding what the skin is really trying to communicate and building a personalized plan to support it.
Today, Shannon helps real people achieve real results. With education, customized guidance, and a commitment to consistency, she believes that healthy, balanced skin is within reach for everyone.

Felicia Morbelli - Licensed Esthetician | Certified Acne Expert
Felicia knows firsthand how frustrating and isolating acne can be. After struggling with breakouts for years, she was inspired to turn her personal experience into a career built on empathy, education, and results. She creates a welcoming space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to take control of their skin, both in the treatment room and at home.
Originally from a small town in Pennsylvania, Felicia moved to Illinois to be with her husband of eight years. She is a proud mom to a wonderful little boy who lights up her world. When she is not in the treatment room, you’ll likely find her enjoying a grande iced white chocolate mocha and a warmed-up chocolate croissant from Starbucks, her go-to pick-me-up.
Felicia has a special passion for working with sensitive, reactive skin. Her favorite product is Quiet Wash from Hale & Hush. It is a staple in her routine and a favorite for clients who need gentle, effective care. She especially enjoys performing customized facials and loves selecting the perfect combination of products for each client’s unique needs.

Yanelli’s passion for skincare started at a young age. She graduated from Esthetics School in 2021 and has been dedicated ever since to helping others feel confident, informed, and excited about their skin.
She loves carving out time for self-care and believes that taking care of your skin is not just about how it looks, but how it makes you feel. For Yanelli, there is nothing better than feeling confident in your own skin and helping others feel the same way.
In the treatment room, Yanelli brings a fun, uplifting energy. She is passionate about creating an environment where clients can learn about their skin, build healthy habits, and enjoy the process of transformation. Whether it is your first facial or brazilian wax, she is here to support you every step of the way.
